What candidates usually want to know

Will my resume be sent out to companies without my approval?

Never. We hold your resume confidentially and only forward it after we've spoken with you about a specific role and you've explicitly agreed.

Do you place candidates outside the U.S.?

We've placed roles nationally and globally — including Canada — primarily in technology, defense, and manufacturing. Tell us your location and target market in the form above.

Do you only handle senior-level roles?

No. We place individual contributors through executive ("C") leadership. Most of our work clusters in mid- to senior-level technical and operations roles.

How fast will I hear back?

If we have a relevant role, you'll typically hear from us within 2–3 business days. If there's nothing matching right now, we'll let you know and keep your profile in our active database.
